Data Deletion Instructions

Valfirst Software (SMC-Private) Limited (“Valfirst AI”) respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of any data we hold about you.

What data we may hold

If you submitted our assessment or contacted us, we may hold your name, email, phone number, company name, and the operational details you shared. We may also hold privacy-friendly, largely anonymous analytics about site usage.

How to request deletion

Email info@valfirstai.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” from the email address you used with us, and include:

• Your name.
• The email address and/or phone number you provided.
• Any company name you used, if applicable.

We will verify the request, delete the associated personal data from our records and connected tools, and confirm by email — normally within 30 days.

Instagram & Facebook

We use Meta’s platforms only to publish our own content to our own Instagram (@valfirst.ai) and Facebook (Valfirst AI) pages. We do not collect or store personal data from other users through these platforms. If you interacted with our pages and want any related record removed, email us using the same process above and we will remove what we can access.
